Are the flowers safe for children and pets?
Yes, our collections are completely safe. They contain no pollen or harmful substances.
Care
Do the flowers need maintenance?
No, our flowers are completely maintenance-free. No water or care needed.
Do the flowers become dusty?
Over time, dust can accumulate on the flowers. You can easily remove this with a feather duster, a soft cloth, or a hairdryer on a cold setting.
Can the flowers be outside?
Our flowers are mainly intended for indoor use. Prolonged exposure to sun and rain can cause them to fade or become damaged.
Shipping
What is the delivery time?
Within the Netherlands and Belgium, we usually deliver within 1 to 2 working days.
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped you will automatically receive a track and trace code to follow your package.
What are the shipping costs?
Orders from €75 are shipped free of charge. For orders below this amount, we charge €4.95 shipping costs.
Returns
Can I return my flowers?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
How does the return process work?
Contact our customer service for the return instructions. As soon as we have received your return, we will refund the amount.
Are there any costs associated with returning?
The costs for returning the order are the customer's responsibility, unless it concerns an incorrect or damaged delivery.
