At Fleuritense, we want to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and worry-free. Below you will find all the details about our shipping and return policies, so you know exactly what to expect when placing an order.
Shipping
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday – Friday). Orders placed before 16:00 (GMT+01:00, Amsterdam) are processed the same day.
Delivery within the Netherlands
Orders under €30: delivery within 1–2 business days, shipping costs €4.95.
Orders from €30: delivery within 1–2 business days, free shipping.
Delivery within Europe
Orders under €30: delivery within 1–3 business days, shipping costs €4.95.
Orders from €30: delivery within 1–3 business days, free shipping.
We do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time. If there are any unexpected delays, we will inform you immediately.
Tracking
All orders are provided with a track & trace code so you can follow your package.
Undeliverable packages
If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by you, any additional shipping costs for reshipment are your responsibility.
Returns & refunds
Bee At Fleuritense we stand for quality and craftsmanship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days.
Conditions
Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
How to return
Contact us via info@fleuritense.nl with your order number, name, and address.
After approval, send the item back with a note stating your order details.
Always use a traceable shipping method. Returns without tracking that get lost cannot be refunded.
Return costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or an error was made by us.
Damaged or defective items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us immediately with photos and details. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchange
The fastest way to receive a different product is to return your item and place a new order.
Canceling orders
You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed. Has it already been shipped? Then wait for the delivery and arrange the return afterwards. Shipping costs will not be refunded once the package has left our warehouse.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, you will be notified by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.
